TS PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2021, Age Limit

TSPGECET Eligibility Criteria 2021: TS PGECET was conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana council of higher education(TSCHE). Candidates can apply for an application form from March 12, 2021, ill April 30, 2021. Before applying please check the TS PGECET Qualification & Eligibility details. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. It is important for candidates to check the TS PGECET Eligibility 2021 criteria before filling up the application form. Different parameters like nationality, age limit, marks of last qualifying exam, etc. are considered as important Eligibility Criteria for TS PGECET 2021. 

TS PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2021

The eligibility criteria differ from institute to institute that are participating in the TS PGECET.

Educational Qualification

• The candidates must have passed Graduation in  B.Tech or B.pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• General category students should obtain a minimum of 50%, and for reserved candidates, the minimum aggregate is 45%.

TSPGECET 2021 Age Limit

• There is no age limit for the TS PGECET Exam 2021. So, the candidates after completion of their graduation can apply for the Telangana State PG Entrance Exam 2021.

Nationality

• The candidates must be a citizen of India.
• The aspirants must belong to the Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State.
• They should satisfy the local/no local status requirements.

TSPGECET Eligibility Criteria 2021 Course Wise

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria of TS PGECET 2021 with respect to the courses. Referring to the courses will provide an idea to the candidates whether they are eligible or not for the courses they are applying for. 

Course- PG Professional

• Qualification: The Candidates applying for M.Tech courses must have completed BE/B.Tech and for M.Pharmacy aspirants must have cleared B.Pharmacy from a recognized college.
• Aggregate: In order to get admission into M.Tech and Pharmacy the candidates must have secured 50% in a bachelor’s degree, for the reserved category candidate must have secured a minimum of 45%.

Course- Graduate Level Pharm-D

• Qualification: The Candidate must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
• Domicile: The Candidate must hold the Domicile of Andra Pradesh or Telangana.

Other Qualifying Exam

• GATE candidates: GATE qualifiers are not required to appear for the examination. They can directly apply for admissions to M.Tech Programs based on their GATE Scores. Also, at the time of admissions, GATE qualifiers will be given more preference over non-GATE candidates.
